"My wife Kay and myself have just finished a 12 day cruise around the Mediterranean on one of your ships, "the Rhapsody", and we both wish to let you know how pleased we were with the entire cruise.

As this was our first ever cruise we were slightly apprehensive about it as all our previous holidays had been land only ones.  However, that will not be the case in future as we had such a wonderful time on the cruise that we are looking forward to our next one.

The service on board was of the highest standard, the crew only more than willing to assist with any request, no matter how small or to answer any question no matter how trivial.  The cabin was better than we ever imagined it would be, the food was excellent in quality, quantity and variety, the waiters were a credit to the cruise line and the nightly entertainment was of world standard.  In fact we were unable to find fault with anything on the whole cruise.

This was definitely the best value for money holiday that we have ever had, or possibly will ever have."

"My wife and I recently embarked on a 14 day MSC back-to-back fly/cruise with "MSC Rhapsody" 1-8 June 2002 and "MSC Melody" 9-16 June 2002.

Having traveled on several cruises in the past, we consider MSC Cruises are exceptional value for the money.

From the moment we boarded the ship and the steward escorted us to our cabin, the fun begins. Before we sailed we were treated to an afternoon smorgasbord with complimentary wine.

The meals are of high quality and of international standard. You have the choice of open sitting for breakfast and lunch on deck, or in the restaurant - we chose the former.  At 4pm coffee and cakes are offered, then a 7 course dinner at night followed by a midnight buffet.  Our only complaint is, that we ate too much and therefore have put on extra weight.  However, on our next MSC Cruise we shall diet first and then eat without feeling guilty.

The entertainment is first class and professionally produced.  During the days at sea, one can swim, participate in all the various activities such as aerobics, craft, t-shirt painting, etc, or just take it easy with a book from the library.

The ports of call are carefully selected and well worth the visit.  As for the shore excursions, they are so professionally organised by the multilingual crew.

Our overall impression is that these ships are very efficiently run by professional people.  Both officers and crew alike, have one thing in mind ... to make your cruise as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

... we are now planning our 3rd cruise with MC and do not hesitate to recommend these ships to anyone who wishes to have a trouble-free time cruising and not spend a fortune doing so."

"We got back from London on 21 October, precisely as scheduled, and we thought we'd let you know that we were very happy with the itinerary, hotel and flight arrangements.

The "Rhapsody" cruise was fantastic - much improved now with single language excursion groups. The upgraded cabin was excellent and we could not really think of anything to criticize.

And incredibly, all the airplane seat reservations were honored exactly as you had arranged: we were very pleased.

Thank you very much!!

A postcard received from a happy customer....

"As promised a card from this most fascinating of places. Spent full day exploring & taking in all the medieval atmosphere and architecture, well worth the visit. Our accommodation is lovely - 10 minute bus ride, chateau style at Monredon Hamlet, St Martin. Cruise was great, with friendly staff, weather perfect except for part of one day sunny and warm. All excursions A1. train ex Genoa to here well worth it.
