How much are
shore excursions? |
|
Shore
excursions will vary depending on the current exchange rate. In general
a half day excursion will cost between $50 and $75 (Australian dollars).
Full day excursions, including lunch will cost between $100 and $200
(Australian dollars). |

What star ratings are the vessels? |

All our vessels
are a very high standard, three and four star. |

Do any of your vessels cater for children? |
|
Yes, we recommend the MSC
Lirica and the MSC Melody, as both have
excellent facilities for children, including a babysitting service. Kids
Club or the Cruise Director organises indoor or outdoor activities to keep the
children well entertained while you relax and enjoy the trip.
Also, children
under the age of 14 cruise for free when sharing the same cabin with two
adults on Mediterranean cruises. Special fares differ for other
areas. |

Who are the
flights with? |

Flights are with Qantas
to Europe, British Airways for flights within Europe and Alitalia for
domestic flights within Italy. Fly/Cruise fares are also available with
Singapore Airlines. |

Are stopovers allowed, for what duration and how many? |
|
Our Mediterranean Fly/Cruise fare allows a
total of 3 stopovers. As the air ticket is valid for one
year, your chosen stopovers can be as long or as short as you please, the
advantage of MSC's already unique Fly/Cruise fare.
This fare allows you the
flexibility to extend your cruise holiday and visit friends and relatives, or
to experience new places. To
join the 11 night Caribbean cruises you may fly to either Ft Lauderdale or Miami.
One stop only is permitted in Los Angeles either going to or returning from
the cruise. When travelling to the 17 night line voyages to and from the
Caribbean, passengers are allowed stopovers in North America, Europe
(including London) and Asia. If
you would like to explore South Africa further to the cruise please contact us
and we can arrange an itinerary.

dining is casual to smart casual. There are two or three gala nights
on each cruise for which dress would be more

Do I need a visa?

No, all
passengers are covered by the ships visa for the duration of the cruise.

The Fly/Cruise
fare includes flights from Australia, the cruise, accommodation,
entertainment, all meals and port charges. |

What currency is accepted on board?

On
Mediterranean cruises, Euro is the official currency. On Caribbean and
Southern African cruises, American dollars is the official currency.
Your
on board account may be settled by your nominated credit card (Mastercard, VISA and American Express are the accepted cards.) There is a currency
exchange on board all vessels. |
